Another happy closing!

Congratulations to my buyer on realizing his dream of living on the Oregon Coast. Today we closed on a wonderful home in Yachats at 43 NW Knoxville; a vintage charmer steps from the sand.

This closing is extra special for me because I had the privilege of selling this same home six years ago, and now I've helped the next owner begin his own chapter here.

Welcome to the coast, and here's to many years of enjoying all that Yachats has to offer!
