It is with great pleasure that the Law Offices of Louis Gabbara hereby announces a new partner to the firm, Douglas Scott Rafner. Mr. Rafner has proved himself to be an indispensible member of the Louis Gabbara Law family. Prior to joining our firm, Mr. Rafner worked extensively as an insurance defense attorney and also has experience as an insurance claims adjuster, neutral mediator, and arbitrator working directly with the San Diego Superior Court. He is also a professor of Mediation at Thomas Jefferson School of Law, and currently sits on the Board of Trustees of the Del Mar Union School District. Mr. Rafner’s background, skills, kind demeanor, and numerous other admirable qualities make him a perfect partner for the firm.
