They don’t call me 5 star Ken for no reason!

During the August 2021 Custody Trial Term, our office went 4-0 in Custody trials in four very diverse cases. We won a relocation trial allowing a mother to relocate with her children to Arizona, an order granting full custody for a Father, another order granting full custody to a Mother and finally an order granting full custody to a Grandmother and Grandfather.

The cherry on top to an excellent month, we won a jury acquittal of a drug delivery charge! There is no question that our small office is among the most successful of any in all of Northwest Pennsylvania.
