A BIG congratulations to Christopher and Abby Francis on their FIRST HOME!
Their closing moved. They left, came back, and waited some more. Not one complaint. They never looked like they thought they weren’t closing—just like it was a matter of time. These two were an absolute breath of fresh air!
I’ve known Chris since he was little, which made today extra special. We would have worked just as hard for any of our clients, but there was a little extra “not today, we’re getting this kid his house” behind this one.
Their agent, Kate, was right there with them through it all. Never looking annoyed, never rushing them—just genuinely concerned about her buyers and seeing them through to the finish. That deserves recognition.
Real Closing Services made a super stressful situation less stressful, and she kept her side on track and made sure we had what we needed when we needed it!
We usually share the closing smiles and skip the story behind them. Today, the people who made those smiles possible deserve a little credit, too.
