🎒✏️ Last Day of School! ✏️🎒

It’s officially that time of year…

The backpacks are lighter, the car rider line feels a little less like a drive-thru marathon, and parents everywhere are wondering the same thing: “So… what do we do with them ALL summer?” 😅☀️

Shoutout to the teachers, staff, and administrators for another year of early mornings, sticky fingers, lost lunchboxes, and heroic patience. You did it again 👏

🏡 Enterprise Market Update 💰

The market is definitely shifting… but homes are STILL selling

From April until now we’ve seen:
✨ Around 150–200 homes sold
✨ Inventory sitting around 300 active residential listings
✨ Average price per sq ft around $150–155
✨ Buyers taking a little longer to decide with days on market increasing

What does that actually mean?

➡️ Buyers finally have more options and negotiation power
➡️ Sellers can still sell successfully — but pricing correctly matters MORE than ever
➡️ The days of listing a house and getting 47 offers by lunchtime are… mostly gone

We’re moving into a more balanced market here in Enterprise.
