🏡 CLOSED! But this one came with a story…

505 W. Bijou wasn’t one of those listings that hit the market and immediately flew off the shelf.

We started at $550,000, had good early activity and even received an offer—but couldn’t quite put the deal together.

Then the market spoke.

So instead of continuing to do more of the same, we pivoted.

We adjusted the price, changed the messaging, and leaned into what made this property truly unique: two separate living spaces and an incredible opportunity for a buyer to house hack, generate rental income, or add a duplex to their investment portfolio.
