📅 NEW LAWS WEDNESDAY: About 140 new Florida laws take effect July 1, covering everything from the $117.6 billion state budget to restaurant fees, data centers and pet protections.

Major changes include mandatory disclosure of restaurant service charges, new restrictions on local governments and cursive writing requirements in schools.
