Good Afternoon. Although we have been back to work at the office for the past 3+ weeks, we are pleased to announce that our building has officially reopened to allow us to interact with clients. All visitors must follow CDC Guidelines, wear a mask, gloves (if desired), and do not enter the premises if you are feeling ill. Please contact our office to schedule an appointment for your current or potential new case. Hi FB Friends & Family. Here is a helpful tip / information for those of you who are involved in an automobile accident. If your vehicle is safely driveable, do NOT allow it to be towed from the scene. For those of you who do require a tow, be sure your vehicle is towed to your HOME only, not a tow yard. You will be reimbursed, by the insurance company, for the tow charges, so be sure to get a receipt. As the Registered Owner of your vehicle, YOU are primarily responsible for any and all towing and storage fees. The storage fees are compounded daily, and charges will run up quickly. The insurance company for the party responsible, will ultimately reimburse you for towing and storage fees. Therefore, if your vehicle is towed to a storage yard, you should immediately removed the vehicle and have it towed to your home or to a safe, storage fee location. In some cases the insurance company make take a while to confirm coverage, and/or liability of your claim, but they are not entirely responsible for the daily storage fees you incur while they area investigating the claim.
