A graduate of UCLA with a degree in history/art history and a teaching credential, my interest in real estate began years ago through the experience of managing our retail buildings on Ventura Blvd in Sherman Oaks. During the past 15 years of my property management, I have had only one day of a vacancy. My dedication to the neighborhood is reflected in my extensive experience in community service. I served as a board member of the Village at Sherman Oaks BID and then as its President for two terms. As the President of the BID, I was instrumental in providing such improvements for the Village as installation of a beautiful street median on Ventura Blvd., the addition of decorative cross-walks at the major intersections, security cameras along Ventura and Van Nuys Blvds., an annual street fair, as well as other area improvements and events. I also served as a Sherman Oaks Neighborhood Councilwoman and am currently the Vice-President of the Sherman Oaks Beautification Committee. This will be my 7th year as a Big Sunday Captain, teaming Big Sunday with the SOBC and the Mayor’s Day of Service to bring beautification projects to Sherman Oaks.
