feel that no case is too big or too small; we have a clear understanding that every case, no matter how big or small, has a tremendous impact on our clients! Our success are countless, they are attributed to the effort and hard work that we put into all of our cases: From setting a soldier free with a not guilty verdict after being wrongly accused of sexual crimes caused by PTSD from the Iraq war; getting countless red light camera tickets dismissed; to keeping the father of three from being deported; to keeping the DMV from suspending the license of an elderly woman that has more s***k than an 18 year old; to showing that the .17 alcohol level was truly not a .17 but in fact below a .08; to keeping a Defendant accused of threatening a Court Commissioner from being found guilty of an offense he simply did not commit. The victories are countless and every year they continue to pile on! Here is a powerful quote from the senior Partner (the Attorneys Attorney) in our firm when being featured as a speaker at an Attorneys conference:

"You have been empowered by the US Constitution to be the only person in the world that can protect your client from the overwhelming, overreaching, arm of one of the most powerful entities on earth - Government! As I have said to myself; I may not be famous, nor may I ever be; but for that one moment in time, for that one client, I will try to make history!!"- Francisco Rodriguez, Trial Attorney! If you find your self or a loved one in need of legal help, call us! Remember, "there is nothing more valuable than a great Attorney on your side" - Francisco Rodriguez.

We understand California’s e-bike classifications can be confusing. To help residents better understand the differences between Class 1, Class 2, and Class 3 e-bikes, a North Operations deputy created this simple flow chart.
Knowing how your e-bike is classified can help ensure you’re riding safely, legally, and responsibly. Take a look and see where your e-bike fits!
Remember: Any electric bike without pedals, with a motor over 750 watts, or capable of exceeding California e-bike speed limits is generally not considered a California e-bike.

Today, May 15th, is National Peace Officers’ Memorial Day 💙

In 1962, President John F. Kennedy declared May 15th a day to honor the brave peace officers who made the ultimate sacrifice. The week surrounding this date is known as National Police Week — a time to remember and pay tribute to those who gave their lives in the line of duty. 💙🕊️

Let us never forget their courage, commitment, and sacrifice. 💙🕊

The founder of the Stockton-based "Punjabi Devils", a Hells Angels-affiliated gang, was sentenced today to 64 months in federal prison for unlawfully dealing in fi****ms and possessing a machine gun. After failing to appear in court, he booked a one-way flight to India. U.S. Customs and Border Protection notified the , and agents arrested him at SFO before he could board. A search of his home uncovered even more contraband including a live gr***de and what appeared to be a claymore mine, both destroyed on scene by the County bomb squad. This outcome is a testament to what's possible when federal, state, and local law enforcement work together.
