I’ve been a public adjuster for years, and I still can’t wrap my head around why insurance company adjusters automatically assume the worst the moment a policyholder files a claim and brings in a licensed, professional contractor. The homeowner or business owner has already paid their premiums in good faith for years, trusting that the policy is a contract that promises to cover them when a covered loss happens. Yet the second a qualified expert is on site documenting real damage, the adjuster’s default position seems to be that everyone is trying to “get over” on the carrier. It’s exhausting and it completely undermines the entire purpose of insurance.
In the last 25 claims I’ve personally handled, the carrier has fought or lowballed nearly every single one, treating both the insured’s contractor and the claim itself as if they’re fraudulent by default. Now they’ve started treating my wife and me—the very people advocating for our clients—with the same disrespect and unprofessionalism. It makes zero sense. We’re all supposed to be on the same team when disaster strikes, not locked in an unnecessary battle where the insurance company accuses 95% of its own customers of inflating their losses. Something has to change.

We received a call 3 months ago from a sweet lady who’s been with State Farm for 71 years. Her roof was damaged, and the insurance company was trying to deny the claim. I stepped in, and we got her a brand new roof, paid in full. These type claims make us happy about what we do! If you’re dealing with a home insurance claim and feel like they’re not treating you right, give me a call. I only get paid if I win for you. Let’s make sure your home gets taken care of like it should.

Getting an amazing breakfast in before going to argue with State Farm Adjusters, on a 2 year old claim, that State Farm Adjusters have been so adamant about not paying what they should! Brittany has fought so hard to gett the third inspection scheduled!
Let’s go stop the insurance bullying!
