Hiring for someone to start in a full time position in August 2021! Must be eager and ready to learn!

Hours would be:
Monday - Friday!

*Prior experience is preferred*

**WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS OFF**

***This is a Permanent position***

•Drafting legal documents when requested, including subpoenas, motions, and summonses

•Filing case documents in an organized manner for easy access

•Communicating with potential/existing clients or other attorney’s offices via email, over the phone, or in person

•Researching relevant case law and precedent and acquiring relevant legal records to be utilized by the firm’s attorneys

•Sending faxes and making copies of legal documents

•Managing office supplies and ordering replacements when required

•Managing and scheduling appointments for consults and existing clients
