The first time I received a FedEx envelope with the keys, survey, and probate court documents, I thought it was luck.

We just received another package from a probate administrator who trusted us to help navigate the sale of an inherited property. Inside were the keys, survey, and court paperwork - the first step toward turning a complicated inherited home sale into a successful closing.
