HELP WANTED Subcontractor (not employment) to serve court papers in the following counties: Marion, Walthall, Warren, Amite, Jefferson and any other county where anyone lives in Mississippi!
My name is Davy Keith and I am located in Ellisville, MS. My company, Quantum Process, LLC is currently looking for anyone who is interested in working as a part-time private process server to serve court papers for my company. This opportunity is not employment but as a subcontractor for anyone we need served with court papers in your home county. The difference between an employee and a contractor is that a contractor has no federal or state withholding from any payments we make to you and you set your own hours and what you are willing to do and how much you charge.

This opportunity is an independent contractor W9 / 1099 wages and there are no federal or state employment benefits. However, Quantum Process, LLC has many private individuals who establish their own business serving court papers and make money as a private process server. While serving court papers is not difficult it does take dedication and very close attention to details. While most papers are served in the evening, it is usually not a good fit for anyone that has a full time job unless they have the flexibility to leave from their job from time to time during normal working hours (8 am to 5 pm).
Requirements:
*Must reside in Warren County, MS
*Be available with some flexibility if needed for service attempts daily from 8 AM to 8 PM
*No criminal history
*Be at least 21 years of age or older
*Have a valid driver's license and auto insurance
*Access to the internet, a printer and a smartphone to respond to emails quickly
No prior experience is required. The current rate for serving as an independent contractor is usually between $45 to $75 per service per address. The fee paid is for attempts to serve the person, not necessarily the success so this is a great opportunity to make money as a private process server. Due to the number of contractors that Quantum Process, LLC has we prefer to communicate via email and almost never by phone.
