🚨Yes, interest rates have risen, but don’t let this stop you from buying the house you want! I want you to understand the concept of a 2-1 temporary Interest Rate Buy-down.

Say we negotiate a closing cost credit, paid by the seller of the house you want to buy. You will use that credit to essentially buy down your rate for the first 2 years of your loan.

In this example, for the first year, you could be paying a 5.5% rate, and in the second year, a 6.5% rate. By the time the third year comes around, if rates have gone down, it likely would make sense to re-finance your loan, OR if they increase even more, you locked in a 7.5% rate for the rest of your loan.

And most importantly… you bought the house you wanted!! 🏠

🏡 My clients found their new home and moved out, so they needed to sell quickly to avoid overlapping mortgage payments. We strategized to price their home competitively and received an offer during the first weekend of showings!
