May is a meaningful month for our firm as we recognize National Elder Law Month and Older Americans Month—a time to honor the dignity, wisdom, and contributions of older adults in our community.

At Collins Law, we are committed to supporting individuals and families as they navigate the legal and personal aspects of aging. Our life care planning services are uniquely strengthened by having a licensed social worker on staff.

This allows us to provide compassionate, personalized guidance, helping coordinate care, connect clients with resources, and support families every step of the way.

Whether planning ahead or facing an immediate need, we are here to help protect what matters most and provide peace of mind for you and your loved ones.

On Vetersns Day, we honor and thank all those who have served our country. As a proud veteran of the United States Army and VA Accredited Attorney, I know first hand the dedication, sacrifice and courage it takes to serve.

We are proud to support veterans not only in spirit, but through our work-helping them access benefits and the care they have earned.

This Veterans Day, we salute you and your families!

These conversations are vital to helping professionals better support older adults, individuals with disabilities and their families in navigating complex legal and care decisions.

Thank you to SE4A for the invitation to be a part of this important conversation. It was a pleasure to share insights with colleagues who are equally committed to thoughtful, future planning.
