We're a busy, client-focused law firm looking for someone who is ✨ organized, dependable, and adaptable ✨

What you'll do:
- Answer phones and assist clients professionally
- Manage attorney calendars & scheduling
- Conduct conflict checks and follow up with prospective clients
- Draft legal documents and correspondence
- E-file with Maryland Courts
- Keep case files organized and moving efficiently

What we're looking for:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Prior law firm experience preferred
- Probate and estate administration experience is a plus
