This is how much Indiana Public Schools are losing to the voucher program. Contrary to what Republican legislators tell you, they are not increasing funding for public schools with this year’s budget. They are taking money away. Contact your state legislators. Locally Elkhart Community Schools have proposed a referendum to help make up the funding shortfall, something the Indiana Legislature has forced on local districts because they refuse to adequately fund public schools. Vote Yes on May 4!
