Client Viewpoint: In October of 2025, LeAnn Alvarado stepped into the world of business ownership when she purchased what is now known as The Hub on Huntington in Syracuse. In the months that followed, LeAnn, her husband, two kids, and a host of friends navigated the chaos of building renovations, branding, and cooking that comes with starting a cozy neighborhood café.
Chief among LeAnn's concerns? The process of liquor licensing. With all the paperwork and red tape needing to be sorted by The Hub's grand opening day, LeAnn sought legal help from every local law firm she could reach.
Warrick & Boyn was the only firm to respond.
"I never heard from any of them except Warrick & Boyn—and in fact Rachel got back to me that very day,” LeAnn says, referring to Warrick & Boyn partner Rachel Schnetzler. “She ended up helping me and filing all the paperwork, which was absolutely huge for me.”
We understand how hard it is to start a business, and are honored to be a part of journeys like LeAnn's across Michiana.
