Zillow is a data machine—not a mortgage strategy.

It may be convenient, but the payment it shows can be wildly different from the true cost of owning that home. 🏡

Before you fall in love with a listing💕or rule one out because of an online estimate—let’s look at the full picture together.

Your payment, your goals, your life and the strategy that will position you to buy successfully.

Start with a local expert. Not an algorithm.

Grace is one of those rare, remarkable people who leaves an impact in just a moment’s time.

She is an 11 on a scale of 10—intelligent, kind, generous, humble, hardworking, beautiful, and grounded in integrity.

She brings light and energy into every room. She has added so much value during her time as our intern, but even more than that, she has gained a group of lifelong admirers and cheerleaders.

Today, Grace beautifully wraps up her role with our team as she heads to the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota to pursue a degree in finance.

I am so proud of everything she accomplished here, but I am even more proud of the person she is. I am excited to watch her incredibly bright future unfold—and so sad I won’t get to have her in my daily life.

Grace, you are deeply loved. I am praying that God goes before you, makes a way for you, and leads you fully into the purpose and potential He has placed within you.

We will always be cheering you on. 🤍

I recently sat down with Zach Kirchoff, founder of Trinity Artisan Homes - and what stood out wasn’t only how he builds homes—it was why he builds them. 🙏🏽

Zach saw a void in the industry. People deserved to be treated better, communicated with honestly and genuinely cared for throughout the entire building process. 🏡

As he put it, Trinity doesn’t answer to shareholders. They answer to the customers they serve—and to God.

Faith has played a huge role in Zach’s journey, shaping how he leads, how he serves and how he approaches the responsibility of building someone’s home. 🔨 He shared how craftsmanship and character can live under the same roof.

There’s a lot more to this conversation, and I’m excited to share it with you soon.

13 years of Amber Bremer🤍

That’s 13 years of growing together, navigating change, raising the standard, asking hard questions and becoming better humans along the way.

I asked our team what they love about Amber, and there was a pretty clear theme:

She’s the person you go to.

For answers. For perspective. To think out loud. To ask a million questions. To learn something new. Or sometimes just to yap.

She listens without making you feel small. She teaches without needing to prove how much she knows. She sees things differently and isn’t afraid to lend that perspective when it matters.

For me, 13 years means I’ve had the privilege of witnessing so many of Amber’s life milestones — and she’s witnessed plenty of mine.

She has incredibly high integrity and standards for her life and for our business. She challenges me, sharpens me, and has contributed in a very real way to my growth as a leader and a human.

Amber, you are such a gift to this team and to my life.

Happy 13-year work-aversary. 🫶

What an incredible turnout!

We brought together real estate professionals from across the metro for an important conversation about the appraisal (UAD 3.6) changes coming this November.

A huge thank-you to certified appraiser Heather Quinn for sharing her expertise, answering thoughtful questions and helping us better understand what these changes could mean for agents, lenders and their clients.

The room was engaged, the questions were practical, and the conversations continued long after the presentation ended.

That’s exactly what I hoped this event would create—a chance to learn, connect and prepare together.

Thank you to everyone who joined us. I’m grateful to be surrounded by professionals who care deeply about staying informed and serving their clients well.

More conversations like this to come.
