Today 2 years ago, at 1233pm marks the worst day of my life. I miss you terribly. I miss your stern looks when trying to resolve any form of issues of the world, I miss your beautiful smile with surprises, I miss your poetry, I miss your hugs and sitting around waiting for age to catch us. I know you're better off where you are and this mortal life will go on, I can't help miss you and those tender moments. My best friend, my love, my high school sweetheart, my rocket scientist, my poet. You left me so many poems with stories within them. I will share with the world so others can know you. Amazing you: a Veteran, husband, father, rocket scientist, writer, and poet

So excited to outside and working plant flowers and seeds for some amazing vegetables. Asparagus, strawberries, zuchini, tomatoes, cucumbers, melons, cilantro, peppers, pablanos,corn and more. The weather has been amazing. My grapes are coming in and the oranges are blossoming. @ Harbor City, California

What do you have in place in your state and new directives for your health, estate, will? Do you know what the state or hospitals have in place if you don't already have?

-health care power of attorney
A legal document appointing a person the authority to make health care decisions on another person’s behalf.

-physicians directive (also living will)
A legal document containing instructions for physicians regarding your life-support preferences.
executor(also personal representative)

-The person appointed in a Will by the testator (person making the Will) to carry out the terms of the Will.

-fiduciary bond
A type of surety bond required by the court to be filed by executors, guardians, etc., to ensure proper performance of their duties as an executor. Typically waived, especially when a spouse or family member is appointed executor.
