Even though internet rates have jumped up this past week the market is still moving!! 📈Been running around a lot lately so have been slacking on my posts but I’m still here if anyone needs anything!! 😁👌🏽

Currently we are seeing homes not get as many offers as they once were however a lot of it has to do with pricing!! Was just looking at a home over the weekend for a buyer and they accepted an offer that was 60K over asking. 😳 So for sellers figuring out the right price for your home is more important than ever! Goal is always to get people into the door that way you can hopefully create multiple offers and get the most for your home. 👍🏽

For buyers though if you are planning on living in the area for a while don’t let interest rates scare you!! With a lot of buyers deciding to hold off due to prices being so high along with interest rates, this could leave opportunities for buyers that have been struggling for a while to get into a home! We are still expecting prices to keep on rising this year and most likely next year due to the housing inventory being really low still.
