Your kids are impacted but they are also the glue that holds it all together so focus on them rather than hurting each other.

In my case, I didn’t know if there was even an opportunity for me to have a place, because I didn’t understand how I fit in when it came to the shifting ground of my divorced family. There’s something about hearing your parents argue over who gets to take you on spring break that makes you feel like there’s no room in the conversation for your own anxieties."

When my parents divorced, I lost the link that held our family together. And then I found it.

Good morning FB!! Sharing this because it's always nice to be reminded what it takes to stay together. It is not about sunshine and lollipops and butterflies! It is about knowing oneself, compromise, living and letting live and most of all finding one another each day. Love, my friends, is a CHOICE, not a feeling!
