Every time I help a family find a home, this is what I’m really thinking about 🤍

I grew up in the Sacramento area, and now I’m raising my kids here too. Nights like this one, with friends on the patio and the kids doing laps around us, are exactly why.

After ten years in real estate, I’ve learned every move is someone’s story. Some families are finding the house their kids will grow up in. Some are handing over the keys to the one they raised their kids in. Some are downsizing into a simpler next chapter.

Whatever the chapter when buying and selling real estate, I don’t take it lightly that you trust me to be your person for it. Thank you. 🤍

Dan has been counting down to this weekend since the day after last year’s show ✈️

It’s THIS weekend: The California Capital Airshow is back at Mather, about 15 minutes from Elk Grove: the Thunderbirds, cockpits you can actually climb into, and kids who talk about it for weeks.

My tips: get there early to pick your spot to view the performances, ear protection for the kids (those Thunderbirds are LOUD), hit up the lines early to tour the display planes with the kids, bring low back chairs, bring plenty of snacks (though they have tons there), and bring a sports wagon to tote all your s**t around. 😂

🇺🇸 Don’t miss Red White & Brews on Thursday Oct 8: Meet the pilots, food trucks and b**r. This one is going to be super fun for the air show nerds like our family!

The school district and school boundaries affect your property value, whether you have kids or not…. And I will not be taking questions 🤦🏼‍♀️

Buyers come into my open houses all the time and tell me they don’t care about school boundaries. I care enough for both of us. And I promise it’s not because I used to be a teacher.😆
