Landlords, stop using outdated, insufficient notices just because you “want the tenant out.”

Here’s the reality: your Notice to Cease and Notice to Quit need to be precise, legally compliant, and fact-specific. A weak notice can destroy your eviction case before it even starts.

If your notices are sloppy, generic, or copied from old templates, you are creating unnecessary risk, delay, and expense.
