In this video, I explain what we’re looking for before closing on this 4-bedroom townhome in Winnetka. Since no repairs were negotiated in this transaction, the goal is simple: make sure the property is in substantially the same condition as when my buyer made the offer, that agreed-upon inclusions are still there, and that there are no unexpected issues before we close escrow.
I also share why this community continues to attract buyers. Similar 4-bedroom townhomes in the area have recently been selling in the mid-$600,000s to $700,000+, making it a market many first-time buyers and families are keeping a close eye on.
