Attorneys and the wealthy make the most difficult clients. When you have a client that is both and very happy with your services it’s “a good day” in the words of Ice Cube. A not so innocent victim wanted $43,000.00 in restitution from my client. We offered her $3,000.00 to go away. She wouldn’t go away and now she’s only getting $1,452.00. “Today was a good day.”

18 months ago, the internet was making fun of the mugshot of Mighty Ducks star Shaun Weiss. Last week, Shaun graduated drug court and has 18 months clean and sober. The problem is, you won’t see this shared as many times as his downfall. We need to see more celebrations like this.
