If you have an outstanding Class C warrant, please contact my office to help get it removed! I typically get warrants removed within 1-2 days and then have the case set for a new trial date. You won't need to appear as I will go to court for you.

Do NOT pay the ticket as that is an automatic guilty finding/conviction, which can affect your license and insurance.

👀⚖️I'm looking for a part-time, possibly full-time legal assistant. The individual must have great organizational skills and be detail oriented. It is a fast paced environment and crucial to meet deadlines. Bilingual is a must as well as proficiency with Microsoft Word (and Adobe PDF. The duties will include intaking calls, drafting and filing legal documents, emailing courts and clients, scheduling, and assisting with other office matters. Legal and office experience is preferred. Great customer service is a priority.

You will be trained, but I want someone who is a fast learner, self-motivated, and I don't have to always hand hold.

As a solo practitioner, it's a very friendly and open work environment, as long as the work is getting done.

This year has a little more hurt because instead of sharing stories with Bob Truhill, he is now one of the stories and veterans we remember. He served in Vietnam and was also a victim of agent orange.
