Memorial Service Update for Craig Frahn

We would like to share an update regarding the memorial services honoring the life of Craig Frahn.

A service to celebrate and remember Craig’s life will be held on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. at:

St. Francis on the Hill Episcopal Church
6280 Los Robles Drive
El Paso, TX 79912

Services will conclude at the church.

As we remember Craig and the impact he made on those around him, we continue to extend our deepest condolences to his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.

May we come together in remembrance, honoring his life and keeping his loved ones in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

Proposition A is a voter-approval tax rate election (VATRE). It asks voters whether Socorro ISD may use a property-tax rate of $1.0505 per $100 of taxable value to generate additional funding for the district’s maintenance and operations budget.
