A major win for roadway safety and accountability recently!

The U.S. Supreme Court has unanimously ruled that companies the freight broker companies can be held responsible for negligently hiring unsafe trucking companies.

The ruling reinforces our ability to investigate every party involved in putting unsafe trucks on the road — not just the driver or trucking company.

Safety should always come before profit, and this important decision helps preserve the right to pursue accountability after serious and preventable truck crashes happen.
