Building something takes patience.

Not the kind where you sit around and wait.

The kind where you keep showing up. Keep having the conversations. Keep building the relationships. Keep doing the work before you know exactly where it’s going to lead.

And little by little, things start moving.

People start reaching out.
Conversations become relationships.
Relationships become partnerships.
And those partnerships start creating opportunities for us and for other people.

Still figuring it out.

Just practicing patience.

I don’t have it all figured out.

And the truth is, neither did REG when we started building it.

We didn’t start with every answer. We started with an idea of what this could become, and we kept moving.

People came into the picture. Opportunities showed up. Some things worked. Some didn’t. We learned, adjusted, changed direction, and kept building.

And somewhere along the way, REG started becoming bigger than real estate.

It became about the people.
The relationships.
The opportunities we can create.
The city we get to be part of.
And what we can build together from here.

I don’t know exactly what REG looks like three or five years from now.

And I think I’m okay with that.

We know what we believe in.
We know the direction we’re headed.
And we know enough to take the next step.

Learn. Adjust. Keep building.

You learn a lot about what you’re building by looking at who you’re building it with.

The Longhorn Foundation Golf Tournament was one of those days where business, community, and good people all ended up in the same place.

We came out for the golf, but days like this have always been about more than that for us.

The conversations. The relationships. The people putting their time, energy, and resources back into El Paso.

REG has never been about just having our name in the room.

We want to be part of the room.

Part of the conversations.
Part of the opportunities.
Part of what moves this city forward.

Because when the city you’re building in is also the city that built you, showing up means a little more.

El Paso, we’re just getting started.

Friday we hit the course.

We’re proud to continue building alongside the Longhorn Legacy of Service Foundation as they get ready for their Charity Golf Tournament at Painted Dunes.

REG Lifestyle will be there as the Official Hydration Station Sponsor, but we’ve got a little more planned for the course.

We’ve been working behind the scenes on some new ideas, products and experiences, and Friday gives us a chance to start putting them in the hands of the people we’re building them for.
