Received 3rd approval in a row! Strong case, mean AO - the officer was literally scolding the applicant to the extent I was gonna file a complaint ! Unexpectedly, the application was approved!

今天又过一个! 这两天的第三个！这个申请人案子很强 确被当时的移民官一通修理, 我都没绷住，回来差点投诉移民官。 移民官给她谈完了就调离了。 on paper 她的案子很铁的。 估计别人接受后， 看看就给过了！

今天有个好消息。算是喘口气！

申请人是个60多岁的阿姨。找我的时候我帮她做的宗教庇护。那个时候没有多聊。面谈前夕聊到她80年代生了两个孩子，又是农村，我随嘴说：你怎么没有结扎？她说：有啊！这才牵扯出强制结扎的往事。在面谈前夕赶了一个补充陈述。

遇到A Smith 杀手移民官，问的又短，又居高临下，一副完全不信任申请人的样子，不相信面谈前夕提交的陈述是真诚的。而且，申请人的丈夫在认识她之前，当过两年兵，申请人还忘记了。Smith 把她老公叫进来问当兵的事，然后又把她叫进来质问她：为何老公当兵不汇报！

我跟Smith 说我会补充服役的资料。Smith 一副爱要不要的样子。

我只好和申请人说：打庭没问题。准备打庭。

今天竟然批准了！！！

申请人的女婿很成功的公司，被当地有背景的恶霸拿去了。女婿上访后，因为寻衅滋事被关押两次，什么路虎什么房产，都被抢走，公司印章被抢走。原来很成功的商人，携家带口出逃！这家人如果离开美国是真没有活路了。

2023年夏天提交的I-730; 2026年3月底提交催办，2026年5月安排的面谈。催I-730 面谈比催I-485 绿卡，容易不少。

Obtained another I 730 interview notice through mandamus. I 730 submitted summer of 2023; madamus filed March 29. 2026. Interview notice issued May 2026.

My 21 year old young client, who was picked up by ICE in Saipan on 08/03/2025, whose withholding of removal was granted 11/06/2025, was finally released today, 8 days after habeas was filed!

我的当事人， 21 岁的年轻人，去年8月3日被ICE 抓捕，11月06 被法庭判决暂缓递解，5 月6 日递交人身保护令，提告8天后，终于释放

今天凌晨2点来的消息。我一看到他妈妈电话，腾得就坐了起来：终于放了！

L-1A petition (renewal) approved in 15 calendar days!

The beneficiary obtained first L-1A in Aug 2023 （3 years first L-1A visa. Old company). EB1C approved in March, 2026. L1A renewal petition approved May 2026. Company specialized in global candle sales.

L1A 续签申请15天批出。受益人（公司CEO) 23年8月取得第一个L1A, 因为是成熟公司，给了3年。 26年3月EB1C 批准。 26年5月L-1A 续签拿到。
