Good morning y’all!
I am back with more shameless self promotion!
I just landed another listing!
This one is a project up in Herington! If you know anyone in that area that might want a project, let me know.
I’ll put the link to the listing in the comments.

The Dude Haul in action!
We dropped it off last night at my clients house and just picked it up and delivered it to Gordy Square and helped unload it also.
This is what we mean when we say
FREE MOVING ASSISTANCE!

Closing #2 for October is in the books!

I helped a couple of good friends expand their real estate empire and was thrilled to help them with their purchase!

My only regret is I wasn’t able to help the sellers also. They apparently used one of those “We Buy Houses” companies and they would have been way better off hiring a real estate agent to sell it for them!

Who is next? Send me a message and let’s talk!

I finally got one of my own listings sold! It has been a long time coming and was a win win win for everyone involved.
The buyer didn’t have an agent, so I helped in that regard also and I can’t wait to see what he does with this old house!

Who else has a hard to sell property that they want to be done with? Let me know and I’ll get right on it!

Being a real estate agent is wild!

Some people love me and couldn’t be happier with the work I’ve done for them and some people literally think I am the scum of the earth, call me every name under the sun and wish I would just die.

I knew some people didn’t like realtors, but I guess I didn’t realize how many people have apparently had bad experiences with them or have been jaded somehow.

Anyway, I am just going to keep on keeping on and shamelessly promoting myself. Who do you know that has real estate they want to sell? Even if it a house that needs a complete overhaul or removed or vacant lots that they think might be worthless, I’d love to talk about it and if I can’t sell it, I might even buy it myself. Of course it would be great to get some good listings also and I am happy to help buyers too!
