Donovan Maynor is the Real Estate Analyst for CSM Investors. He evaluates potential investment opportunities, conducts market research, assesses financial data, and creates models to estimate investment returns.

As a NASM certified personal trainer, it has taught him to be results oriented. Ultimately, a great personal trainer is focused on delivering results for their clients, helping them reach their desired fitness outcomes. Donovan takes this mindset into his real estate investing. He provides clarity of purpose, motivation, and a focus on measurable progress.
Donovan is highly effective in achieving goals and increasing confidence.

He is highly motivated and persistent in pursuing goals for his clients. He has a strong attention to detail and when faced with a challenging project against all odds, he will meet tight deadlines and overcome obstacles. His patient and calm demeanor bodes well in high-pressure situations.

Krista Samimi brings a corporate background to CSM Investors. With more than 17 years combined in pharmaceutical and healthcare sales/marketing, she brings lead generation, customer service, and marketing to real estate investing.

Krista first met Stacy Cheeves back in 2019, when her young son attended Stacy’s Heaven’s Nest preschool. Through prayer groups and the church community, their hearts were knitted. Prayer walks were the birthplace of their vision of starting a business together in real estate investing.

Krista lives in Northern California with her husband, David and her six year old son, Jacob. She also has two beautiful step-daughters, Ariana and Ellaina. In her free time, she can be found hosting family get-togethers or spending the weekend in the great outdoors.

Stacy Cheeves wears many hats at CSM Investors, LLC. She is the Spiritual Advisor, Realtor, and Residential Investment Specialist. With God as our CEO, Stacy guides and directs all business decisions through our Creator.

With a Bachelor of Science in Christian Ministry, she studied and graduated from Point University in West Point Georgia. She also completed two years of Christian leadership at Highlands College in Birmingham Alabama.

She is the owner of Heaven’s Nest Preschool, and works her business alongside her Real Estate investing ventures. She is an entrepreneur at heart, Christ lover and follower for over 20+ years.

She is the mother to wonderful sons, Keoni and Donovan, also on the CSM Team! She has a fiery Spirit and is always going after God!

WOW. It's incredible how God works. The four of us ( .maynor and ) were brought together for a workshop back in June learning how to invest in real estate. Our minds were blown with the specialized knowledge we obtained and knew this was our path!

Together with God we formed CSM (Cheeves, Samimi, and Maynor) as way for our families to build wealth, help families in distressed situations and be able to serve the Kingdom abundantly.

A few months back, Stacy Cheeves and I started prayer walking together. What started as a desire to learn real estate turned into a passion for helping families in distressed situations who needed fast solutions.

Within just a few weeks, God led us to the resources, workshops, and webinars to learn how to help people sell their homes quickly (for cash).

We then took a giant leap of faith and invested in a mentorship program that has God at the center. It was literally an answered prayer.
