The Gulf Coast Midstream Nash Storage Hub pipeline project is still in the early stages, and the proposed route may continue to change as engineering, surveying, and design work move forward.
Based on currently available project information, the proposed pipeline would generally run from an area north of Hungerford, connecting near the Matterhorn pipeline, toward the area east of Damon in the Fort Bend/Brazoria County region.
If the current project map appears to cross your home, structures, or another important part of your property, remember these preliminary maps are not always exact, and the final route may look different.
For landowners in or near the proposed corridor, now is the time to learn as much as possible about the project, understand where it stands in the development process, and know your rights before signing any survey request, easement, or other agreement.
