✨ AGENT SPOTLIGHT: MARNIE ✨
This is ACTUALLY worth the read.
If you’ve worked with Marnie, you already know she brings a whole lot more than real estate experience to the table.
Before becoming a Realtor, Marnie spent 14 years as a birth professional, supporting more than 200 families through their journey into parenthood. She even caught TWO babies without medical personnel present… one on a beach and another on a deck overlooking the Caribbean at dawn. Seriously. 😳
She was also a platform and springboard diver for 9 years, coached by a Swedish National Champion.
And because apparently that wasn’t enough life experience for one person, Marnie also has a degree in Law Enforcement and has worked in a maximum security prison, as a 911 dispatcher, and as a county jail deputy.
So how did she end up in real estate?
Marnie will be the first to tell you she has an entrepreneurial spirit and was never meant for the traditional 9 to 5. But her passion for real estate really grew from her own experiences.
She’s been a first time homebuyer, completely renovated a 130 year old, 6,900 square foot tavern and general store into a home, searched for the perfect “unicorn” property for a blended family of 10, converted a 150 year old historic home into a full service Bed & Breakfast, AND purchased a home and business overseas.
