🎳👏 At RBM, we know that our success starts with our amazing team!

Recently, we celebrated our employees and thanked them for their hard work during the busy season with an Employee Appreciation Bowling Event. It was a wonderful opportunity to unwind, build connections, and enjoy time together outside the workplace.

A heartfelt thank you to our dedicated team for their continued commitment and contributions!

To kick off Spring and the start of the busy season, we recently celebrated with our employees and their families at our annual picnic! It was complete with beautiful weather, a kickball game, great food and lots of fun! ☀️

A huge thank-you to Twist and Bounce LLC for providing a fun-filled bounce house that was a big hit with everyone. And thank you to all of our employees and their families who make up our company—we truly appreciate each and every one of you! 💚

🧹🌱 Community in Action 🌱🧹

On March 31st, the RBM IL team came together for our first community cleanup on the road we proudly adopted!

Making a difference in our wider community is important to us, and this was a meaningful step toward keeping our neighborhoods clean, welcoming, and cared for. We’re grateful for the teamwork and shared commitment that made this possible, and we look forward to continuing to do our part.

Together, we’re making our larger community an even better place to call home. 💚

🌟 RBM Adopts a Highway! 🛣️

We are excited to share that our RBM team is officially joining the Illinois Adopt-a-Highway program! Participating in this initiative is part of our ongoing commitment to meaningfully engage with the communities in which we work and live.

Our adopted stretch of highway can be found along Goshen Rd, between Ge**er Rd and Gusewelle Rd. We look forward to the opportunities ahead for coming together and team building while helping to keep our local roadways clean and beautiful.

🦃 Grateful for Our Team!

We had the best time celebrating our amazing employees at our annual employee event. This year we spent time at Eckert's Farm in Belleville, IL! Great food, a cozy atmosphere, and even better company—what a perfect way to kick off the Thanksgiving season. 🍁💛
