Beginning November 1, MLSOK is updating its Rules and Compliance Guidelines in response to Oklahoma Senate Bill 1217. MLSOK will remove Rule 7.3, which requires written buyer agreements, along with the related compliance guideline and $2,500 MLSOK fine. All other NAR Settlement-related MLSOK rules not impacted by Senate Bill 1217 will remain in effect. This change applies specifically to MLSOK rules, so licensees should continue to follow any other applicable legal, regulatory, brokerage, association, or professional requirements
