PSA TO ALL HOME BUYERS:
On August 17th a Realtor CAN NOT show you any home unless you have signed a Buyer Broker agreement with them. Usually in the past it has not a problem and we can zip over, we could just show it to you and be done, however, starting August 17th NO Realtor will be able to unlock a door for you without you first signing that agreement. This will be non negotiable for any person with a Realtor designation. This Buyer Broker Agreement is basically the contract between you and that Realtor saying you will be using them to buy a home and breaking down the roles, duties and responsibilities of the Realtor. This is not something I want to do, but are being required to do.

Picking the agent you want to use to help you buy a home is an important decision and not one that should be forced upon you just to see a home. The good news is that we & you get to decide when it expires, so although you may have to sign one, if you’re not ready yet to fully commit to a Realtor, you can always request an agreement that expires in a day, a week, a month, etc.. lastly, please don’t yell at your local realtors if they want you to sign something before showing you a home. Also if someone offers to show without this, please know that is a HUGE violation and be wary of that Realtor.

We don’t have a choice with this, it was part of the National Association of Realtors lawsuit in the news. (Thank you to Torrie our Enid Realtor partner for putting this in words for us to share) Realtors are out there working hard for you🏡

It’s finally closing day🎉
After losing out in 6 or 7 multiple offers we had to secure sometime off market. Thanks to Lindsey Scott and her network of realtors, Taylor Marie Fleener knew of a home that was coming to market. We got in quickly and were under contract the same day🙌🏻
This is my 5th transaction with Ashlyn and I’m so thankful and honored. I’ll miss hanging with my buddy though. Congrats my friend!!!

Ending the year on a very thankful note🥰
Serving so many wonderful clients and assisting with such a huge decision makes me feel so honored! I was able to put $5,520,747 under contract (3 December closings got bumped to early January) It truly was a great year and I’m so thankful for exceptional lenders, inspectors, title companies and even appraisers🤪 who help with each transaction to get it to the finish line.
Would love to increase that number for 2023 so spread the word🗣️
