Bevel, Gardner & Associates is proud to recognize Tom "Grif" Griffin for his continued leadership in the forensic science community.

As a member of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Organization of Scientific Area Committees (OSAC) Bloodstain Pattern Analysis Subcommittee, Grif recently participated in the Crime Scene Scientific Area Committee (SAC) meeting held July 14–16 at the NIST campus in Boulder, Colorado.

During the three-day meeting, members of the Bloodstain Pattern Analysis Subcommittee reviewed existing documents before they are released for public comment or forwarded to the American Academy of Forensic Sciences Standards Board (ASB) Bloodstain Pattern Analysis Consensus Body for further review and development. These documents help establish and refine best practices and standards that strengthen the forensic science community.

We appreciate Grif's commitment to advancing the field through standards development, collaboration, and scientific excellence.
