This is why we have a job. The insurance company is denying hail damage to this roof based on a "Keystone Experts" engineering report. 2.5-inch hard and jagged hail was confirmed (imagine a tennis ball with spikes). Mr. Engineer says it's not hail damage because the punctures in the roof aren't among the hail spatter... meanwhile, his own photo shows... the puncture in the spatter. Should these guys be allowed to keep their license to continue to do this?
