We may be the answer your needs.

We are looking for an attorney who has an eye to detail; can and will treat our clients as a treasured part of the practice, and can be counted on to be where they need to be at the time agreed.

You can expect quality marketing that does not promise more than can be delivered;
You can trust that we will be available to brainstorm your cases weekly and as needed;
and you can know that we have a professional office setting where you will meet the clients.

When you are competent to practice in this area of the law, you can set your own hours, and we will not decide where or when you do the work.

The starting rate of pay is $65k and is subject to adjustment to $85k for probate experience (FTE).

Retirement match up to 3% of pay available after 6 months full time.

We are also considering employing a law student as they work through law school. The work will begin at a basic level and as your skills grow, so will your pay. Top 35% of the class required (after grades are first received, of course). Veteran preference applies (Honorably discharged). The rate of pay begins at $16 an hour and is subject to adjustment for experience.

Paralegal: Are you a Paralegal; studying to become a paralegal, or have the skills necessary to move towards that goal? We may be the next helpful step in your career. The pay depends on abilities, education, and probate experience.

We focus on protecting your estate by writing estate plans and by excellent probate representation.
