ECZ attorney Daryl L. Zaslow, assisted by Ethan Lillianthal, recently obtained a settlement valued between $22.9 to $35.9 million on behalf of a 7-year-old girl who suffered significant brain damage from hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy and her family.

The case involved allegations that signs of fetal distress were not appropriately recognized during labor and that an emergency Cesarean section should have been performed sooner.
