Long, but productive day! 👩🏻‍💼💼⚖️
Started my morning by driving to Hidalgo County for a client’s hearing. 🚗💨 Jumped back in the car for afternoon hearings in Nueces County. Two clients got their cases dismissed and one got placed on the PTD program, so should have their dismissal in 6 months. 🙌🏼 Tired, but it’s always worth it for these results. 🩷

We have had an incredibly busy couple of weeks so, our offices will be closed Friday, April 3rd and Monday, April 6th. Normal business hours resume Tuesday, April 7th.

Another Not Guilty‼️ Two trials in two weeks is hard for even the most seasoned trial attorneys, but our client wanted his day in Court and we always show up for our clients. 👩🏻‍💼💼⚖️ Feelin’ good as hell about this win 🙌🏼

NOT GUILTY‼️ This week we had a difficult jury trial, but we triumphed against all odds. These cases are hard, because society is quick to jump to conclusions and assume guilt. I’m proud of this verdict, and glad my client gets their life back, but most importantly I’m grateful we had a jury who followed the law. 👩🏻‍💼💼⚖️

Last week of court for the year is always the busiest, most stressful, but wonderful too! Our office was able to secure multiple dismissals for our clients and got many out of jail so they can be home for the holidays with their loved ones. 🎁🤶🏼🎄

This has been a week and it’s only Wednesday! Had two clients who were so stressed about their cases. One case was dismissed yesterday and the other case was dismissed this morning! 🙌🏼 I got really big hugs from each client and I am reminded how lucky I am to be in a position to change someone’s world. Now it’s back to trial prep! 🤓⚖️
