We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Closer to join our team. This position is responsible for facilitating real estate closings, ensuring accurate ex*****on of lender documents, managing post-closing processes, and providing exceptional service to clients throughout the transaction. The ideal candidate is organized, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and works effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

* Meet with clients to conduct real estate closings and obtain signatures on all required closing documents.
* Review and explain lender documents and closing paperwork to clients in a clear and professional manner.
* Prepare and process documents for recording.
* Ensure completed documents are properly returned to lenders and other parties as required.
* Manage post-closing escrow accounts.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
* Communicate effectively with sellers, buyers, lenders, real estate professionals, and team members throughout the closing process.
* Handle multiple transactions simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.

Lending, title, escrow, or real estate experience is preferred but not required.
