Stamatia was born in Athens, Greece and was raised in Brockton, Massachusetts where she graduated from Brockton High School in 1999. She began a part time job at Macys as a teenager and from there worked her way up in the sales industry of Cosmetics. By her 21st birthday, and over the next ten years she worked as a District Manager in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island with Fortune 50

0 companies while obtaining degrees in the fields of Early Childhood and Elementary Education. Stamatia also spent many years working in her family restaurant, Kyrdinos of Taunton, which her parents opened in 1998. Her passion for Real Estate began when she purchased a late 1800s Queen Anne Victorian in Taunton and took on the project of restoring it to its former glory. She currently lives in Acton, Massachusetts and is now onto restoring a 1930’s Colonial home. Stamatia specializes in working with buyers, sellers, and investors in residential real estate. She provides exceptional care and precision when working with her clients to sell their home or to purchase a new one. Stamatia responds quickly to her clients and offers them excellent communication, undivided loyalty, disclosure, and confidentiality. Personal:
Stamatia's hobbies include flipping homes, interior design, cooking, baking, writing, art and travel. She has a goal to visit each of the fifty states with her children over this next decade. She enjoys being outdoors with her family exploring beaches and nature trails.

There is a new law coming into effect on 1/30/25 in Rhode Island around home inspections. What’s changed:

Only a licensed electrician may unscrew the cover off of an electric panel to view the wiring inside.

Other electrical inspections such as testing outlets would also have to be done by a licensed electrician.

Buyers may opt to hire a licensed electrician to conduct the electrical inspection in addition to hiring a home inspector.

Starting on January 30, 2025, a new law will prohibit anyone but a licensed electrician from opening electrical panels; and performing other inspections that home inspectors have been required to perform, such as inserting a receptable tester into a wall plug.
