We had the true privilege of having Jason Abrams come to our region to speak. The event was incredible and extremely impactful. We had over 200 agents from the upstate NY region!

Big congratulations to our productivity coach Eric Schuster, Associate Real Estate Broker on becoming a NYS approved Real Estate Instructor!

Well… I guess I’ll brag a little. 😄

I’m pleased to share that I have officially been approved by New York State as a Real Estate Instructor.

I’m normally much more comfortable talking about my clients, fellow agents, Veterans, or the people I coach than talking about myself—but what the heck, this one is worth sharing.

Becoming a NYS Real Estate Instructor required more than simply having experience in the business. As part of the qualification process, I completed professional instructor training through the New York State Association of REALTORS®, focused on developing the skills needed to effectively teach real estate professionals.

For me, this is a natural extension of something I already enjoy doing: teaching, coaching, and helping real estate professionals better understand the business and build the skills they need to succeed.

I’ve learned a lot during my years in real estate—and I’m still learning. Now I have another opportunity to pass some of that knowledge along.

I’m looking forward to getting into the classroom and helping educate the next generation of New York real estate professionals.

And yes…I actually posted something about myself. 😂
