Welcome to Emerson P Notary! As a recently appointed Notary Public for the Commonwealth of New Jersey, I am pleased to announce that I will provide confidential notarial services for clients as well as the public for the fees allowed by law.
Services include:
• Acknowledgment of Signatures
• Oaths or Affirmations
• Certified Copies of Original Documents
• Affidavits
• Depositions
• Verifications
• Protests
As required by the Commonwealth of New Jersey I have obtained and completed a mandatory basic notary course of study. For additional protection, I have private Errors & Omissions Insurance in the amount of $50,000. My term of office is August 2020 to August 2025.
I am also a Card Agent and can provide motor vehicle and driver licensing services that require notarization.
Please note that the signer of any document must appear in person before me. If the signer is not personally known to me, he or she must present a current, government-issued ID that shows a serial number or an identification number and at least one of the following: photograph, signature or physical description. Cooperation with this requirement is sincerely appreciated.
