You don’t have to be an expert to make a difference.

Check in. Listen without judgment. Take concerns seriously. Sometimes simply letting someone know you’re there can be an important first step toward getting support. Take a moment to swipe through and learn some of the signs to look for in both adults and youth.

This Su***de Prevention Awareness Month, we encourage everyone to know the signs, find the words, and reach out. 💜🩵

Windows bring fresh air and natural light into our homes, but a few simple precautions can help keep them safe for everyone.

Keep these window safety reminders in mind:
• Keep furniture and climbable items away from windows
• Supervise young children near open windows
• Never rely on window screens to prevent falls
• Keep windows closed and locked when not in use
• Make sure your household knows your fire escape plan

A little awareness can make a big difference in keeping your home safe.
