Another one under contract! 📝🏠‼️

When we first met, they were thinking about going straight to the listing agent. Their last experience with an agent had cost them a deal, so I understood why they were skeptical.

We took it one showing at a time. By the second tour, they felt good about working together. By the third, we found the one and got it under contract.

One realtor’s mistake became our opportunity 🤷🏾‍♂️

His VA lender recommended an agent who showed him one property, but never submitted the offer he wanted to make. He decided to move on and we connected.

We toured two condos and made offers on both. Neither worked out. Then came number three… and you know what they say: third time’s a charm 🥳🏠

We may all have the same title, but how we show up for our clients makes the difference.

This is gonna sound like a love story… sorry 🤣

We met one day, went out twice, found the one, and got right… UNDER CONTRACT 📝🏠‼️

This is the cleanest multifamily I’ve ever seen. We were both shocked it was still available. Someone else had a shot at it, but the timing worked out for my client. He knew exactly what he wanted to do with this property, and I made it happen. 🥶

Now we’ve gotta find one more before the end of the year. The bar is set pretty high after this one 🤣
